Helloooo! As you can see, I've been doing some fan art but I've also been writing.

Hooray for summer!

So Chapter 12 is a short one, but it's here nonetheless, to give us a little taste of what's to come in this new arc: [link] in which Ahiru receives a challenge and hears from an old friend.

Somehow it's difficult to get back into the rhythm of writing regularly (too much consonance!) after being overwhelmed with work from school, but I think a part of me likes overcommitting myself. As such, this summer should be a veritable delight. All the same, The Heart Within will remain one of my top priorities this summer, and I look forward to a wonderful season of writing!

Amongst the many other books, and art pieces, and series that I enjoy, Princess Tutu has somehow always remained a personal favorite.

Back in... what was it, 2008? when I finished watching the series, I delved into fanfiction on ff.net, and there I conceived the idea of actually writing my own fanfiction.

Thus, "The Heart Within" was born. It follows the lives of Ahiru and Fakir four years after the defeat of the Monster Raven. When Fakir attempts to write Ahiru back into her human form again, he reawakens the story and forces each of them to face a new threat to Kinkan Town, all while struggling to realize their feelings for each other.
